Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Tom Carey as President of its Global Technology and Operations (GTO) segment.
Previously President of Broadridge International, Carey reports directly to Tim Gokey, who will become CEO of Broadridge in January 2019. As President of GTO, Carey will oversee the growth of Broadridge’s core technology business globally across Capital Markets and Wealth and Investment Management. He will continue to serve on Broadridge’s Executive Committee.

Asset manager SwissOne Capital has added to its crypto staff with the appointment of fund manager Kenneth Hearn (pictured).

Man Numeric, Man Group’s fundamentally driven quantitative investment business, has appointed Paul Kamenski and Robert Lam as Co-Heads of Credit, based in Boston.
In these new roles, Kamenski and Lam will be responsible for the ongoing development and day-to-day portfolio management of all credit strategies at Man Numeric. Man Numeric’s newly launched credit business leverages the firm’s nearly 30 years of experience in quantitative equity investing, along with Man Group’s combined scale and expertise in credit investing and execution, to build an institutional-quality systematic credit offering for clients.
Kamenski joined Man Numeric in 2012. He was most recently a

Malkoun is an experienced business development professional with over 26 years’ offshore and onshore sales and marketing experience. Guernsey Finance is seeking a new specialist in business development overseas as Deputy Chief Executive Kate Clouston has announced plans to move on to a new business development role within the island’s finance industry.
Clouston (pictured), who is to take on the role of global relationship manager with offshore law firm Collas Crill next year, joined the promotional agency for the Guernsey Finance industry in early 2015, and although she had a non-financial services background, has been credited for making significant progress in the Asian and US markets. Boutique asset manager Unigestion has appointed Didier Anthamatten as Senior Investment Manager, and promoted Nicolas Poignant to Assistant Investment Manager, within its equity derivatives team.
Both Anthamatten and Poignant are focused on running volatility strategies, and their appointments represent the firm’s latest step to increase its capabilities in the liquid alternatives space.
Anthamatten joined Unigestion earlier this year, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in managing specialist derivatives strategies. He was previously Head of Equity Derivatives Trading at Pictet & Cie, having joined the company as Proprietary Trader focusing on Equity Derivatives in 2011. Prior to
US Bank Global Fund Services has hired Peter Mastriano as executive director and global head of product management for private equity, real estate and alternative investment funds.
In this role, Mastriano will develop the firm’s private equity, real estate and alternative investment product offering and work with our clients to provide expertise and support for their products. He will be located in the Hackensack, New Jersey office.
