Misys has appointed a new President and Chief Sales Officer, Simon Paris who will have respsonsibility for the entire go-to-market organisation, including sales, marketing, pre-sales and partners. Paris will use his considerable experience to deepen customer engagement and drive revenue growth for the Misys Fusion software portfolio. He will be instrumental in expanding the existing customer base as well as driving new business from banks and financial institutions.   Paris joins Misys from SAP where he held a number of senior sales and leadership positions, including being the Global Head of Financial Services, and more recently Head of Industry Cloud.

The Swiss banking group SYZ has appointed Katia Coudray as CEO of SYZ Asset Management, the institutional asset management division of the SYZ Group, which manages the OYSTER Funds range amongst other mandates.  As CEO, she will also be a member of the Group's Executive Committee. After joining SYZ in 2011 as Head of Product Development, Katia Coudray was subsequently Head of Investment at SYZ Asset Management. Wilshire Funds Management has named Nicolas “Nico” Amato as managing director, head of Alternative Portfolio Management. Amato will report to Wilshire Funds Management Chief Investment Officer Josh Emanuel. Previously, he spent ten years at Dorchester Capital Advisors, a Los Angeles-based alternatives investment manager. Amato will direct all investment aspects of Wilshire Funds Management’s alternatives activities, including portfolio construction, manager research and investment research. CF Partners has appointed Vu Nguyen as a Senior Research Analyst joining the asset management investment team. Nguyen brings strong experience from the asset management and investment banking industry during which time he has accumulated significant expertise in the utility and energy sectors.   Vu joins CF Partners from Sanford Bernstein, an investment research firm. Previously, he was a research analyst at Nomura International specialising in European utilities and energy companies.
