Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Bennett Egeth as president of its newly-expanded investment management business.
Building on Broadridge's 2011 acquisition of Paladyne Systems, this business offers investment managers, global banks, broker-dealers and fund administrators solutions for investment management, reference data and risk technology including enterprise-wide order management, portfolio management and reporting.
Paladyne Systems will become part of the Broadridge investment management business.
Egeth brings knowledge and expertise in helping global investment managers, asset servicing providers, banks and broker-dealers increase revenue and solve problems in complex operating environments.

Custom House Global Fund Services, a provider of financial services to the alternative investment sector, has opened a San Francisco office as part of its continuing expansion in the US.
Financial services veteran Gary Smith has joined Custom House as a commercial director and is responsible for continuing Custom House growth ambitions on the West Coast, opening a San Francisco office, and ongoing business development.
He will report to Scott Price, head of aales for the Americas, who is located in the company’s US headquarters in Chicago.

Webb joins BNY Mellon from the currency management business of State Street Bank Europe.

The new group structure will include Abacus’ two entities in Malta, Abacus Financial Services (Malta) Limited (AFSML) and Abacus Corporate Services Limited (ACSL), and Abacus Financial Services Limited (AFSL) in the Isle of Man.

Regulatory reporting specialist KNEIP has promoted Stephanie Noel to head of operations and as a member of the executive board.
As part of her new role, Noel will be responsible for KNEIP’s Regulatory Reporting product, which helps fund managers to comply with transparency requirements under regulation such as the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) and UCITS.
