Options Technology, a Capital Markets services provider, has promoted Micah Kroeze to chief product officer.
Kroeze joined Options as VP, Product Management in 2018 with extensive industry experience from NYSE Technologies and Vela Trading Systems, where he oversaw the growth of the firm’s market data and hosted services product lines. He was subsequently appointed senior vice president of Product Management for Managed Colocation in 2021, with key responsibilities for Options’ managed trading infrastructure and connectivity services, and the overall delivery of the firm’s strategic roadmap.

Embattled cryptocurrency lending company Celsius has begun the process of filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the US according to a report by CNBC.
The report cites an unnamed source as revealing that the company’s lawyers have been notifying individual US state regulators of the plan.
Celsius was among a group of crypto companies to put a freeze on customer accounts last month amid “extreme market conditions” as the global cryptocurrency values crashed.

The Liquidators of troubled cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) have been granted control over the firm’s US assets by a New York State judge, according to a report by Forbes.
But on the firm’s founders has complained on Twitter that the company’s executives have been misled during negations over the firm’s bankruptcy filing.
Liquidators Russell Crumpler and Christopher Farmer of financial firm Teneo now control 3AC’s US assets, preventing co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies from transferring or disposing of them after the judge ruled that the executives had failed to participate in liquidation proceedings.
