The Maples Group, a provider of legal, fiduciary, fund, regulatory and compliance and entity formation and management services, has appointed Kim Bishop as a vice president and independent director within the fiduciary services team in the Cayman Islands. Bishop has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on legal services, governance and fund administration. Prior to joining the Maples Group, Bishop has worked in investment banking as an analyst in debt capital markets transaction management as well as a member of the finance practice at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm.  
Wilmington Trust, a specialist in corporate and institutional services, has appointed Alex Pashley as Head of Structured Finance in the UK.
