MJ Hudson, a London-headquartered asset management consultancy, has made three senior appointments. Declan Canavan has been appointed Commercial Director and a Managing Director with responsibility for business development. Canavan joins from JP Morgan Asset Management where he was Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investment strategies for the EMEA region. Nasdaq’s Quandl, a provider of alternative and core financial data, has appointed Evan Reich as Head of Data Strategy and Sourcing. Reich was formerly Global Head of Data Strategy and Sourcing at BlueMountain Capital. Reich joins Quandl with over a decade of experience within the industry and a deep domain knowledge of alternative data. In this new role, Reich will lead Quandl’s data strategy and sourcing team to find new alternative data sources that are relevant to Quandl’s customers. Marion Leslie is to join SIX Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX) as Head of the Financial Information business unit as of 1 January 2020.  Leslie (pictured) has many years of experience and a proven track record in the international financial information business. Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has appoined Matthew Davey as Head of Coverage, Marketing and Solutions (CMS) UK, a newly created role. Davey is based in London and reports to Christophe Baurand, Global Head of CMS and to Bertrand Blanchard, Head of SGSS UK. Robeco has launched the Robeco QI Emerging Markets Sustainable Enhanced Index Equities with a  strategy that aims for a 20 per cent higher score on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria than the benchmark (MSCI Emerging Markets Index). It also aims to reduce the environmental footprint for greenhouse gas emissions, water use, waste generation and energy consumption by 20 per cent compared to the benchmark, while maintaining the ability to provide alpha in emerging markets. The strategy uses an extensive values-based exclusion list and includes voting and engagement, which will be carried out by Robeco’s Active Ownership team.   The
