The move will see Agilis founder Clark Fenton, along with colleagues Charles Crowson and Praveen Kanakamedala, joining RWC to form the RWC Diversified Return team. Prior to founding Agilis, Fenton served as co-CIO of Permal Group, one of Europe’s most successful diversified fund of hedge funds. HSBC Global Asset Management has appointed Shantini Nair as Senior Product Specialist for infrastructure debt investments in the Alternatives team. With over 20 years’ experience in institutional asset management, Nair will focus on developing and expanding the team’s infrastructure debt product offering. GPP, a prime broking, investor services and wealth solutions firm, has hired Andrew Rae-Moore to join its prime brokerage team. Rae-Moore joins GPP from Morgan Stanley, where he has spent more than 18 years on the prime brokerage desk of its institutional equities division, rising to COO of client coverage. Before that he worked as an analyst on the bank’s international equities desk in New York.
