Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE) has expanded its Business Development team, with the appointment of Jean Reynolds as Head of Consultant Relations and Stephanie Strid Davis as Principal of Intermediary Sales.
In their roles, Reynolds will focus on developing and managing relationships with the consultant community globally, while Davis will focus on financial intermediaries and platforms including broker dealers, wirehouses, RIAs and private banks. Both Reynolds and Davis are based in the firm’s Bala Cynwyd headquarters and report to Stephen Brennan, Hamilton Lane’s Global Head of Business Development.

Intertrust has appointed Amit Taylor as head of corporate services in Guernsey and part of the new senior management team in the island.
Taylor (pictured), has over 20 years’ experience as a finance industry professional in the UK and in Guernsey. He moved to the island in 2010 to become managing director of HSBC’s fund administration and custody business. He then became group managing director of Trust Corporation before moving to Estera to become the Guernsey managing director.

Daniels (pictured) brings more than 15 years of experience in Regulatory Risk and Compliance in the financial services industry. Ann’s compliance and consulting roles with small firms, law firms, investment businesses honed her skills, including the development, implementation and oversight of Compliance programs. Daniels’ experience also includes the development and implementation of AML/CFT risk assessment policies, procedures, and training; automated monitoring systems; risk assessment methodologies; the implementation of standards and a program of oversight compliance professionals.

SS&C Technologies Holdings has appointed Joseph Maxwell as Technology Head of SS&C GlobeOp’s Hedge Fund Administration group.
Maxwell recently joined SS&C and is based at the company’s 4 Times Square office. He will be responsible for driving SS&C’s technology solution strategy, further strengthening the company’s leadership position in hedge fund technology and fund administration. Prior to joining SS&C, Joe spent over 12 years at Citco; 8 of which he served as the Chief Information Officer for the Citco Group of Companies.
