Aubrey Capital Management has appointed Andrew Ward as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Ward worked at First State Investments for over six years, initially as part of the EMEA Distribution team before being promoted to Head of the Stewart Investors Institutional Client Team (a separate division of the firm). XTX Markets has appointed Serge Harry as Chairman of the Board, and Geoffrey Damien as Managing Director, Head of France. XTX has recently appointed Serge Harry as Chairman of the Board of XTX Markets SAS, it’s newly formed French entity. Serge has over 30 years of experience in financial markets in various senior executive positions at the London Stock Exchange Group, New York Stock Exchange, Euronext and Euroclear. He also currently holds directorships, as a Non-Executive Director of LCH SA, MTS France and Curve Global.   XTX has also appointed Geoffrey Damien as Managing Director, Head of France. Vistra, a global trust, fund administration and corporate services provider, has appointed Alan Brown as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Geoff Weir as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Both will join Vistra in April. Based in Vistra’s headquarters in Hong Kong, Brown and Weir will also join the company’s Board. Their appointments are subject to regulatory approval. Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE) has expanded its Business Development team, with the appointment of Jean Reynolds as Head of Consultant Relations and Stephanie Strid Davis as Principal of Intermediary Sales.
