Independent fund, trust and corporate service provider Crestbridge, has strengthened its Fund Services team with the appointment of Colin Targett as a Director. The independent Directors/Trustees of the Lord Abbett Family of Funds have appointed Mark A Schmid and Douglas B Sieg to serve on the funds’ Board.  These appointments – effective 20 April, 2016, for Schmid, and 24 February, 2016 for Sieg – expand the number of Directors/Trustees, from nine to 11. Currently, Schmid is Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the University of Chicago, a position he has held since 2009. Investment management firm Brinker Capital has made changed to its investment team with Chief Investment Officer, Bill Miller resigning with immediate effect. Financial software company Misys has appointed Mourad Ayachi as European Head of Professional Services and Bob Kubala as Regional Sales Manager for North America for its Investment Management division.  Both will support the Misys FusionInvest product suite, a fully integrated portfolio and risk management system for buy-side firms.   Mourad Ayachi joins Misys from Murex where he was Program Director for Europe and North Africa.
