Amundi has appointed Benedicte Rabier as Senior Product Specialist, Amundi Alternative Investments, based in the firm’s London office.
Rabier will help to drive the development of Amundi’s alternative investment solutions notably for the UK market including relationships with local consultants. She reports to Michael Hart, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Amundi Alternative Investments, who also recently joined the Group in London.
Rabier has over 13 years’ experience within Alternative investments. Before joining Amundi AI, she worked as a Sector Specialist focused on alternative investments for Allenbridge Epic. For the previous 10 years, Rabier worked as a trader on the equity
Castle Harbour Securities has appointed Eric Daniel, the former Head of Equity Derivatives and Convertible Bond Sales at Citigroup in Paris, to co-manage its new global convertible bond fund.
He will run the Castle Harbour R&D – Pure Global Convertibles Fund with Damien Regnier, previously Portfolio Manager for global convertible bonds at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, who joined Castle Harbour Securities in October.

LNG Capital has appointed Holly Grainger as Co-Manager of its flagship LNG Europa Credit Fund. She will run the fund alongside LNG Capital’s CEO & Founder Louis Gargour.
Grainger joined the firm in February 2014 and has over 15 years of investment experience, in both the corporate credit & equity markets, having previously held senior investment management positions at Baring Asset Management, Aviva Investors and F&C Asset Management. Grainger has a BA in French and German from the University of Exeter, holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Carne Group has made two hires in its Irish office to support the increasing demand for its AIFMD management company services, including its independent ‘mancos’ in Ireland, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands.
Neil Clifford joins Carne from Irish Life Investment Managers where he was Head of Alternatives and oversaw an external hedge funds portfolio. He has also supervised ILIM’s illiquid investments in private equity and infrastructure, including acting as an independent director on a number of investee companies. Neil is a former equity fund manager and a qualified risk management professional.

Gregory LaFiura has joined the Investcorp’s hedge funds business as a Principal in the Manager Research Team with a focus on long/short equity strategies.
In this role, LaFiura will have primary responsibility on sourcing and conducting due diligence on equity managers for its fund of hedge funds and seeding platforms. He will also be responsible for evaluating equity co-investment opportunities for its Special Opportunity Portfolios. LaFiura will be a member of the Hedge Funds Manager Recommendation and Investment Universe Committees.

The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Teachers’) has appointed Jo Taylor as Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and head of the London office.
In his new role, Taylor retains primary responsibility for Teachers’ Private Capital and private equity investments in the region while assuming oversight for the full cycle of opportunity origination, analysis, value creation and execution of investment activities across asset classes.
In addition to setting the tone and direction of Teachers’ investment activities in the EMEA market, Mr. Taylor, who joined the organisation in 2012, will guide all advisory relationships within the region and
