Alternative investments provider Equinox Financial Group has made two promotions in its portfolio management team. Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), is to serve as advisor to bitcoin companies BitPay and Vaurum. Castle Harbour Securities has appointed Damien Regnier, previously portfolio manager for global convertible bonds at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, to co-manage a new global convertible bond fund. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has named Marc Wyatt as deputy director of the agency's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE).
