The Securities Information Processors’ (SIPs) Operating Committee has added three new members to its Advisory Committee. The new members are Chris Nielsen, Managing Director, Charles Schwab & Co, W Todd Watkins, Director, E*TRADE Financial Corporation, and Matt Billings, Managing Director, TD Ameritrade. 
 The SIP Advisory Committee meets quarterly with the CTA and UTP Operating Committees and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to review SIP performance and discuss policy matters. The 11-member Advisory Committee represents the diverse viewpoints of the marketplace, with representatives from the retail investment community, the vendor community, the institutional brokerage community and the ATS community.   “On
PAAMCO Prisma’s Co‐CEOs Jane Buchan (pictured), and Girish Reddy are transitioning to advisory roles at the Company, with a team of long‐tenured senior leaders set assume the day‐to‐day responsibility of running the business. MUFG Investor Services (MUFG), the global asset servicing arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, has appointed Oliver Scully as Head of EMEA Sales and David Sarfas as Global Head of Private Equity. They will be based in London and report to Mike McCabe, Managing Director, Global Head of Business Development, and John Sergides, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, respectively.   Scully will be responsible for driving the growth of MUFG’s asset servicing solutions across private equity and real estate, as well as hedge funds and fund of funds, in the EMEA region to fully meet clients’ evolving needs. Stroock has added two partners: capital markets and derivatives partner Akshay Belani in New York and ERISA and governmental plan investments partner Patrick Menasco in Washington DC. Joining Stroock with Menasco is associate Bibek Pandey.   Belani, previously a partner at Morgan Lewis, joins Stroock’s Commodities/Derivatives and Energy Group. He advises financial institutions on derivatives, futures and commodities trading, and on related structured products and capital markets transactions. His clients include hedge funds, institutional investors and broker-dealers.   Belani also focuses on regulatory and compliance issues related to Dodd-Frank derivatives regulation including rules affecting both buy- and sell-side market participants.
