Reed Smith has appointed fund finance partner Bronwen Jones to the firm’s Financial Industry Group in London.
Jones (pictured), joins from Macfarlanes, where she led the investment fund finance group and previously served as the firm’s head of finance. As a key player in the funds finance market in London, Jones brings a wealth of experience at a key moment of growth for Reed Smith’s funds finance practice.

SANNE has appointed Hannah Correll Jaeger as Head of Client Relationship Management – Americas, to support the company’s strategic growth.
In her new role, Jaeger (pictured), will build the SANNE brand in the Americas and represent SANNE’s full suite of global services. Jaeger is based in SANNE’s New York office, and is responsible for building and maintaining all client and intermediary relationship while overseeing business development, marketing, and sales.

Morrison & Foerster has appointed Susan Gault-Brown as a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Group in Washington DC.
Gault-Brown (pictured), comes to Morrison & Foerster from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and was also a senior counsel in the Division of Investment Management’s Office of Chief Counsel at the SEC prior to entering private practice. Gault-Brown brings to the firm significant experience in investment management, FinTech, and financial services.

Independent hedge fund administration specialist Custom House Global Fund Services has appointed David Barry as Chief Operations Officer (COO) responsible for the oversight and management of Custom House’s global administration team.

Mark Shore has joined Coquest Advisors as Director of Educational Research. Shore will be responsible for developing educational materials, workshops and webinars as well as aid in client outreach to help investors, wealth advisors and other industry participants learn about managed futures.
As a futures industry ambassador, he’ll also work to increase visibility of the Coquest Advisors brand. Shore is an adjunct professor at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and has a multi-decade background in research and trading in the derivatives business.

SmartStream Technologies, a financial Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) solutions provider, has appointed Vincent Kilcoyne as head of product management and promoted Christian Schiebl to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Kilcoyne will be responsible for the management of all product lifecycles from inception to delivery. He brings over 30 years of industry experience in leading and advising financial and technology organisations. He started his career as an analyst programmer for the Bank of Ireland, before spending a number of years designing and implementing a variety of retail banking, trading and equity settlement systems for Anglo Irish Bankcorp.

Hilco Valuation Services has appointed Tom Boniface as Vice President of Business Development for the Midwest Region of the United States, supporting the Valuation, Monetisation and Advisory platforms.
Boniface will be based in Chicago and will have the specific responsibilities of both maintaining our existing relationships and creating new relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and other professional service firms.

Morrow Sodali has appointed David Shammai as Corporate Governance Director – Cross Border.
Shammai joins from APG Asset Management, the Dutch pension fund manager, where in his role as senior corporate governance specialist he was involved in voting, policy, and engagement. Based in the London office, Shammai will focus on the firm’s growing corporate governance activities across its European offices.
Together with Morrow Sodali’s expanding team of corporate governance professionals, Shammai will work to further develop the firm’s governance services – ranging from benchmarking and assessments of governance practice to board advisory on engagement with investors.
