The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has appointed Timothy Lind, former Global Head of Financial Regulatory Solutions at Thomson Reuters, as Managing Director of DTCC Data Services. Benedict O Kwon (pictured), has joined the Orange County office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice group, focusing on fund formation and taxation. B2C2, a cryptocurrency market maker, has appointed Phillip Gillespie as CEO of B2C2 Japan. Effective 29 January, Gillespie will lead the company’s operations in Tokyo.  Phillip joins from Goldman Sachs where he oversaw the FX G10 business for EMEA as part of the systematic market making team. Previously, he was an FX voice and systematic trader at Barclays and J.P.
