Carroll, who will report to CTO Shawn Samuel, will be responsible for the technology architecture of the firm’s SaaS-based platform. Alternative asset manager FS Investments has promoted Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Mike Kelly (pictured), to President with immediate effect. Kelly will remain as CIO.
