Hazeltree, a provider of treasury and liquidity management solutions for the alternative asset management industry, has appointed Jeremy Payne as the company’s new chief product officer to enhance the firm’s offering for both hedge fund private equity firms.

Justin Tang and Jin Rui Oh, two equity special situation specialists and former directors at United First Partners, have joined hedge fund Millennium Management in Singapore, according to a report by Reuters.

Au spent over 13 years ay JPMorgan before making the switch to the $62 billion hedge fund firm.

The Managed Funds Association, the trade association for the global alternative asset management industry, has appointed Rachel Grand as vice president and senior counsel, based in the association’s New York office.

James Beeston, a former managing director and co-head of EMEA prime brokerage at Morgan Stanley who joined London-based hedge fund Marble Bar in March 2023, has quit the firm after just three months, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
