MarketAxess Holdings Inc, the operator of an electronic trading platform for fixed-income securities, has appointed Nancy Altobello as lead independent director of the board, effective 13 April, 2023, succeeding Stephen P Casper, who has served in the role since 2012.  Casper will continue to serve as a director. Altobello brings more than three decades of global audit and talent management experience to the board.
