Bellinger Asset Management (Bellinger) has appointed Greg Hampton as CEO of its recently established Bellinger Credit business.
In this role, Hampton will lead Bellinger’s credit strategy, which will initially focus on further secondary market debt and lending investments in the aviation sector while also exploring credit opportunities in other real asset classes over time.
Gr Hampton eg joins Bellinger with more than 25 years of asset finance experience gained within leading global banks. He was most recently the executive in charge of National Australia Bank’s Global Asset Finance business and, prior to that, held senior roles in Asset Finance at
AllianceBernstein (AB), a research and global investment management firm, has added a new and distinctive AI-powered investing approach to its Multi-Asset Solutions team.
Dr François Oustry and Sahar Attaripour, co-founders of Suzugia, have joined AllianceBernstein. Their multi-asset systematic macro alternative strategy uses the power of natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence, going beyond traditional data sources to uncover thematic investment opportunities. This distinctive capability furthers AB’s goal of delivering differentiated return streams to clients.
Both Oustry and Attaripour will join AB’s Multi-Asset Solutions team and will be based in AB’s London office.
Xceptor, a no-code software platform for data automation in the financial sector, has appointed Pete Daffern as Non-Executive Company Chair.
Daffern brings over 30 years’ experience within the technology sector, having successfully grown numerous software businesses, including the creation of three companies which achieved market capitalisations of over $10 billion.

BennBridge has appointed Robert McKillop as chief executive officer for UK and Europe, effective 4 May.
McKillop has almost 30 years of experience in asset management leadership across investment, distribution and product functions, spanning geographic regions and client channels. He has a diverse skillset and a proven history of building high performance teams, driving business growth and client-focused innovation. Based in London, McKillop will report to the global CEO of the BFM Group, Craig Bingham. The BFM Group operates as BennBridge in the UK and US, and Bennelong Funds Management in Australia.
The Association for Digital Asset Markets (ADAM) has appointed Eventus Director of Regulatory Affairs, Digital Assets and former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer Mike Castiglione as Chair of its new National Security Working Group.
ADAM created the working group to serve as a bridge between the public and private sectors by acting as a go-to resource for the executive and legislative branches to interface with industry experts on blockchain national security issues.

Maitland Fund Services has appointed Jacolene Otto as Head of Fund Services – Luxembourg, as of 1 April 2022.
The Luxembourg regulator, the CSSF, has approved Otto’s Day-to-Day Manager (DDM) responsibilities, which will include both regulatory and functional reporting lines.
Maitland was founded in Luxembourg in 1976 and has over nearly five decades built a first-class, solid reputation in the jurisdiction. The head count of Maitland Fund Services in Luxembourg is 25, all of whom will report to Ms Otto.
In addition, Otto has been appointed as Director on the Board of Maitland Luxembourg SA.
