Alter Domus, a provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, has appointed Vincent Georgel O’Reilly as Head of Financial Institutions Strategic Partnerships.
Based in Luxembourg, Georgel O’Reilly will report to Alter Domus’ Chief Executive Officer, Doug Hart, and will become a member of Alter Domus’ Group Executive Board.

Joshua Crabb will become Head of Asia-Pacific Equities at Robeco, taking over responsibilities from Arnout van Rijn as of 1 July 2022.
Van Rijn has decided to relocate back to the Netherlands after 14 years in Hong Kong, and will strengthen Robeco’s Sustainable Multi Asset team as of 1 September 2022.
Crabb, who moved to Hong Kong in 2001 has worked closely with van Rijn over the past three years when he joined Robeco. He will succeed him as fund manager of Robeco Asia Pacific Equities and will be joined by Harfun Ven. Ven has been with Robeco since

Westhead has more than 15 years of experience in the research, development, and deployment of execution algorithms with a particular focus in equities, futures, and FX. Prior to joining BestEx Research, he was the Director of Smart Execution at Graham Capital Management, a systematically focused hedge fund.

State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) today announced it has appointed Jesse Cole as global head of its Private Markets segment.
In this role, Cole will be responsible for defining and executing State Street’s global strategy for Private Markets and will work closely with his peers in global sales and the product organisation to manage and grow private markets business across all client segments.
Cole is based out of Chicago, IL and will report to Paul Fleming, global head of State Street’s Global Alternatives Segment.
Harrington Cooper, a USD6 billion cross-border fund distribution specialist, has expanded its European footprint with the addition of sales professional Teresa Del Alcazar.
With 15 years of experience in the asset management industry, Del Alcazar joins as head of sales for France, Switzerland and Benelux and is tasked with expanding Harrington Cooper’s reach across these key client areas.
Joining from Alken Asset Management, Del Alcazar has buy-side research and sales roles experience within asset management. She worked as a hedge fund analyst and junior portfolio manager at Caledon Asset Management, before moving onto selecting long only strategies at EFG Asset
BTIG has appointed Steve Marchini as a Managing Directo in its Electronic Trading Sales division.
Marchini will be focused on utilising BTIG proprietary trading technology to help clients monitor performance, manage costs and make informed trading decisions.
Marchini joins BTIG with extensive institutional trading experience. Most recently, he was a Lead Consultant at Macquarie Asset Management. Previously, Marchini was the Alpha Pro-Chief Operating Officer at FactSet Research Systems-Portware and Head of Electronic Sales and Trading at Aritas Securities. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Investment Management.
Allspring Global Investments (Allspring), an independent global asset management firm with USD575 billion in assets under management, has appointed John Kenney as Head of Strategic Initiatives.
Kenney will report to Joseph A Sullivan, Allspring’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
In this new role, Kenney will oversee the firm’s global product strategy and product development and lead the expansion of Remi, Allspring’s tech-enabled separately managed accounts (SMA) platform. Allspring is a leading provider of managed account services with over USD75 billion in SMA assets as of 31 December, 2021, with a focus on customisation, tax optimisation, and transition services.
