Eventus Systems, a leading global provider of multi-asset class trade surveillance and market risk solutions, has appointed Josh Bosquez as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Bosquez joins the company with 24 years of software engineering experience, including more than 20 years in leadership roles in technology innovation, cloud-native platforms, cybersecurity and compliance.   For the past three years, Bosquez served as Chief Technology Officer at Armor Cloud Security, responsible for the firm’s engineering, product, security and compliance organizations for the Software-as-a-Service cybersecurity offering.

Singapore Exchange-backed private market platform ADDX has appointed Oi-Yee Choo was its Chief Executive Officer, subject to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) approval.
